Eligibility criteria for membership in AZITE are described in the Charter under Article III on Membership.  You can join AZITE either by:

a) becoming an Institute member
(by joining ITE International -  information on dues and the application form can be found at this link)
OR
b) becoming a Section Affiliate, use the Application Form (pdf file). 
All applications for Institute membership must be sent, with the appropriate fee, directly to HQ at the Washington DC address shown on the form. Applications for Section Affiliate must be sent to Dan Hartig along with a check for $15.00.
